Our sites use the Gravity Forms plugin to manage forms, surveys and view the results. Forms are enabled network wide. You can use them by clicking on the “Forms” menu item in the left menu of your /wp-admin area.

Adding CAPTCHA to Gravity Forms
- Open the Gravity Form Editor
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to Forms → Click on the Edit link for the form you want to add CAPTCHA to.
- Add the CAPTCHA Field
- In the form editor, look for the Advanced Fields section in the right-hand menu.
- Drag and drop the CAPTCHA field into your form.
- Save the Form
- Once you’re satisfied with the placement and settings, click Update to save your form.
- Test the Form
- Visit the page where the form is embedded.
- Submit a test entry to ensure the CAPTCHA works as expected.
Common Troubleshooting Tips
- CAPTCHA Not Showing?
- Verify that the ReCaptcha keys are correctly entered in Forms → Settings → ReCAPTCHA.
- Ensure no JavaScript errors are preventing the CAPTCHA from loading.
